ermablend Cover Cream- what can I say? I’ve been a fan for years. Dermablend is known for its ability to provide lasting coverage. So much so that it is used for burn victims and referred to by name by casting agents as an effective tool to cover tattoos. Think about that for a second: actors are often on set for 12-14 hours at a time and they are being recorded, very often in high definition these days. This stuff is good.
Application is easy and efficient and goes on thick with the first pass.I prefer to use a sponge but it goes on well with brush or sponge. It does not cake, regardless of temperature. In some ways I just *may* have been influenced by this brand when coming up with a name for the spa!
I think the Derma in Dermablend comes from the fact that it was formulated by a dermatologist. Dermatologists know how harmful the sun can be, which is possibly why they included broad spectrum SPF 30 protection. (then again, this could be simply due to the fact that the product provides such comprehensive coverage. Feel free to weigh in if you understand SPF more than I do.
The color that matches my tone best is 30N Sand Beige which you can purchase below (a small portion of the purchase goes to me if you use the following link, which I will most likely use to buy more Dermablend!)
