Each appointment consists two 20 minutes treatments for a total of 40 minutes. One 20 minute session treats the entire front side of your body- from your face and neck down to your knees, and everywhere in between. The second 20 minute session will then treat the entire back side of your body. After the full body laser procedure you get on our Whole Body Vibration machine for 10 minutes, which is the equivalent of 30 minutes of rigorous exercise.
Full body Zerona treatments, followed by a 10 minute Whole Body Vibration treatment where you stand on a platform that vibrates rigorously, causing the muscles in your body to contract at once for a total of 10 minutes. This muscle contraction works the muscles out which is recommended to do after each treatment. 10 minutes on this machine is the equivalent of 30 minutes of rigorous exercise.
